A custom home is a one-of-a-kind residence designed and built for you. A spec home is built with pre-existing features which lack variety and customization.
The timing of the project depends on many factors, but design decisions and planning are some of the most time consuming prior to construction. The design and planning phase will determine our construction timeline. Our spec homes will be built in about 10 – 12 months and our custom homes will be built in about 12 – 15 months.

Your homes comply with some of the strictest Title 24 calculations in California. This includes efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning verifications, with energy efficient windows and doors, as well as insulation, just to name a few.
We always have homes available to tour at various stages of construction. But better yet, visit our beautiful showroom and see what your future home might look like!
After our initial pre-design meeting, we will be able to give you what we call the budget parameter price per square foot. This will help you get a ball park figure for the per square foot cost.
